Ready to take on the latest ThunderX3 peripherals? We know we are! We’ve already reviewed the first generation of ThunderX3 gaming peripherals, and while they were focused on being affordable, they still delivered great quality and performance. Now, ThunderX3 is back with their latest keyboard, mouse, and headsets.
The new keyboard looks stunning. It features a slim chassis with a textured grey aluminium top panel. To add a spot of colour, you’ll see pretty RGB lighting on the switches, as well as a bit of edge lighting around the keyboard, which looks pretty slick.
The keyboard is fully mechanical and comes with Cherry MX switches. Not only that, but you’ll also get a detachable wrist rest, HEX software for LED and Macro customisation, and more.
First up, we have their gorgeous new AM7 gaming mouse. This comes equipped with a nice wide body design that’s perfect for ambidextrous use. There’s more HEX lighting control too, with up to 16.8 million colours to tinker with.
The AM7 uses lovely OMRON switches, rated for 20 million clicks.
Equipped with the Pixart PWM3360 sensor, it can operate up to 12,000 DPI.
It certainly looks great and feels great. Of course, let’s not forget the new VMP-C-L mouse mat it’s sitting on too!
Finally, we have their new gaming headset to complete the range. It comes equipped with a self-adjusting headband and even more of that lovely RGB lighting.
Equipped with 50mm drivers, and virtual 7.1 surround sound, it’s got all the right features in place.
No words on pricing just yet, but we’re told they’ll be very competitive. We’ll have them in the eTeknix office pretty soon, and hopefully, they’ll hit the market shortly after that.
