When it comes to epic battles of ginormous proportions, there was only ever really one video game series that came to mind, the Total War series. Featuring crusades from medieval England and feudal Japan, the Total War series took you everywhere in history to conquer and battle with the finest of units. That is all set to change with their latest series taking you not somewhere in time, but in reality with Total War Warhammer. Sadly if you want to enjoy the game you may have to wait just that little bit longer.
Total War Warhammer will now release a month later than previously indicated, now launching on May 24th instead of the original release date of April 28th. In his official press release creative director, Mike Simpon said “this could be the best Total War game we’ve ever made. We don’t want to rush it”.
Carrying on to say that the game will be “enormous”, they want to be certain that it will play well and their reviewers have had a chance to enjoy every part of it before launch date.
Alongside this announcement comes the recommended specs for your computer, so you now have that extra month to make sure your Empire can take on the Orc hordes in style.
