TP-Link introduced the latest Kasa smart home family member, the KC120 Kasa Cam. The new camera comes with night vision, thus supplementing the already existing offerings.
The KC120 Kasa Cam constantly monitors the surrounding area in your home for motion and sound. Once detected, the smart camera begins recording and sends a notification to your mobile device via the Kasa app. With the app, users can stream live video and recorded clips from anywhere. That is if you have an Android or iOS powered device.
“KC120 smart cameras deliver peace of mind like never before, ensuring your home and family are never more than a tap away,” said David Li, CEO of TP-Link Research America Corp. “Like all of our Kasa smart home products, you can seamlessly add it to your smart home and easily control it from the Kasa app or with your voice.”
TP-Link tried everything to get you the best image. Full-HD resolution and a glass lens are just the beginning. The whole thing has been optimised to eliminate grainy video feeds and instead deliver rich colours with balanced lighting – even in the dark.
Two-way audio is another feature in the KC120 Kasa Cam. With it, you get options that a setup without wouldn’t give you. Whether you use it to monitor your pets, kids, or home – the KC120 should do the trick.
Coming soon, integration with Amazon Echo Show will provide voice control capabilities that further simplify monitoring. After enabling the Kasa Skill for Amazon Alexa and linking the two accounts, customers can simply say “Alexa, show me the front door camera,” and the live feed will begin streaming on your mobile device.
The TP-Link KC120 Kasa Cam is available now for an MSRP of $129.99 USD.
