Tritton have been having great success with their range of console peripherals, with what has so far been a great history for the company since they setup shop back in 2000, where they have made a name for them selves with gaming headsets and USB External Video Card Technology, this helped get the attention of MadCatz, who later acquired the company back in 2010.  While keeping the Tritton name, the company has gone from strength to strengh with its product range, focusing on creating a solid and unique line of headsets for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.

The Tritton range stands out from the crowd with its angular styling and contrasting colours, offering gamers of all budgets some of the best looking and performing headsets on the market today, ranging from high end wireless 7.1 headsets down to standard stereo models.  Today we will be taking a look at the modest end of their range, the Tritton Detonator Wired Stereo Headset for the Xbox 360, which currently sells for around £60, come and read the next few pages to find out how it got on in my tests.
