Tritton Kunai PS3 & PSVita Gaming Headset Review

Lets start by taking a look at the front of the packaging. As you can see it comes with a great side shot of the headset, as well as detailing the compatible formats, which in this case are PS3 and PS Vita.
Around the back we have an overload of details all over the box. Across the top we have the four major features of the headset; online chat, 14ft cable, 40mm drivers and USB powered. Further down from there we can see the set comes fitted with an in-line remote control which offers dual volume controls and a mute switch. It’s not the most extensive feature list ever, but its well within line when compared to other similar priced headsets on the market.
With the box opened up we get our first look at the headset and some of its components. Everything was nicely packaged and laid out. Initial impressions of the headset are good and the high gloss finish already looks stunning.
In the box I found the headset, cables and detachable microphone, but I also found a handy illustrated setup guide. I didn’t need the guide of course, but I’m pretty sure there this will be a welcome addition to anyone who has never set up a gaming headset before.
