Tt eSPORTS Shock One Gaming Headset Review

SoftwareAs we mentioned in packaging, this device does come with a driver CD. These drivers and software should give you more control and better performance from your device. The software, once installed, is fairly simple to use and consists of ‘Environments, Presets, Equalizer, Media, DTS Surround, Light Indication and Timer’. Nearly all of these do exactly what you expect. Environments give you the option of playing your sound in a Church or Bathroom and is fairly standard, if pointless, technology. Presets offer you a few gaming options or allow you to set the headset up to play your genre of music, what this setting actually changes is hidden.
The DTS Surround system button is where the clever stuff should take place, allowing you to turn this headset into a full 5.1 surround sound environment. It also gives you the option to tweak some of the finer settings like Voice Clarification etc.
