Tt eSPORTS Theron Gaming Mouse Review

It was clear from the start that the Theron was going to be a quality gaming mouse, the great build quality combined with all the useful features, drove the mouse to the top of our list of the best gaming mice we’ve had in to review. The sleek, smooth design not only makes the mouse look great on your desk, but was very comfortable to use, even over long periods of time through intensive testing including general desktop usage and of course gaming.
No matter what game we threw at it, the Theron excelled where many mice have fallen. Just little features like onboard memory made a very big difference when it came to using the Theron on other computers.
The only negative point with the mouse is the location of the macro button, which is in a slightly awkward position to use and thus required a change of grip that could lose you valuable milliseconds when gaming and as we all know, that can be a vital point during a frag-fest.
This is the only con that was discovered when using the mouse, even then it wasn’t really a big issue as the button was hardly used – it may not even be a problem for gamers with monster-sized hands. Some users may find this to be a problem, where others may simply find they have little to no use, thus causing no issue at all.
At approximately £50 RRP, the Theron is very reasonably priced – it has a whole host of features that are actually useful and not just a gimmick to the end user, which is where it counts. Whether gaming or just browsing the web, the Theron pro gaming mouse was a pleasure to use, so for all the reasons we’ve talked about in this review, we’re proud to award Tt eSPORTS’ Theron pro gaming mouse with the eTeknix Gamers Choice Award.
