Tt eSPORTS Isurus Pro In-Ear Gaming Headset Review

Final Thoughts

Price

Unfortunately, at the time of writing I was unable to find stock of this item, but it is new to the market and we expect you’ll be seeing it at your favourite retailers very soon. TteSports state on their website that the suggested price is $39.99 US, which is great value for money overall.

Update: TteSports has informed us that the Isurus Pro will be coming to market in Europe towards the end of July or start of August, hopefully even sooner in the US. We’ll update you with accurate pricing information as soon as it does.

Overview

For such a small headset, the Isurus certainly has a lot to offer to both gamers and non-gamers alike. Of course, this is a gaming headset at heart, so that is where its performance shines the brightest and it’s certainly well suited to those who play in an eSports/LAN gaming environment. It’s also a great addition to your setup if you have a gaming notebook, as it’s small and light enough to fit into your existing notebook bag/backpack without any major concerns.

The lightweight design is backed up by some impressive build quality. The flat cable is durable and comes with a tangle free rubber coating that not only looks great and feels great, but also feels surprisingly tough. The actual earbuds are plastic, but would easily survive a few hard knocks and bumps with no issues. The microphone is tiny, but has a metal boom that’s unlikely to break anytime soon, further adding to the overall durability of this tiny headset. For those worried about damaging the headset, the included carry pouch is a great way to store it between games or when you’re travelling.

The performance is great on this headset, offering punchy bass and distortion free sound that certainly has a “wow” aspect to it. It’s not up there with enthusiast music headphones, but at just under $40 it doesn’t need to be and you get more than enough performance to justify the price and more.

Pros

  • Extremely portable
  • Lightweight
  • Comfortable to wear
  • Detachable microphone
  • Great for in-game chat and phone calls
  • Powerful bass
  • 4-pole 3.5mm and dual 3.5mm connections included
  • In-line remote
  • Affordable

Cons

  • Not suitable for those with small ears
  • Mid-tones a little muddy sounding at high volumes

“Extremely portable, easy to use and a big sound from such a tiny headset. The Isurus Pro would make a welcome addition to any gaming setup and is just as great for those who need a headset for mobile devices and traveling.”

Thank you TteSports for providing us with this sample.
