A Closer Look

The keyboard comes hard-wired USB cable, which isn’t braided as the specifications stated, whoops.

The keyboard isn’t especially fancy to look at, but it’s nicely laid out and features a slim frame around the edge, minimising the amount of desk space it requires.

In the top right you’ll find a toggle switch which disables the Windows key, great for gaming as you won’t accidentally toggle to your desktop in the middle of a game.

The key caps are really nicely finished  and feature a shallow scoop to them to allow a good finger resting position.

The keys are designed to allow the LED backlight to shine through and the space bar has been given a funky Tt Dragon logo.

F11 and F12 can be used to adjust the backlight brightness up and down.

F1 to F6  double as multimedia keys, which can be accessed via the FN shift key.

Across the back of the keyboard are two rubber pads, although I’m not entirely sure what they’re for.

On the underside you’ll find five grippy rubber pads that will help keep the keyboard planted on your desktop, as well as a three-way cable routing cut-out so you can keep that USB cable flowing in the right direction on your desk.

The kickstands are made of plastic, but feel pretty durable, plus they’ve been treated with rubber tips to help improve grip.

With the key caps removed we can see that the Kailh Blue switches do look very similar to Cherry MX Blue switches.
