Tulpar are a UK based company who had recently gained some attention over a new gaming handheld powered by an Intel processor, and now have been spotted at an event with an Intel Arc GPU clearly cementing a growing partnership between the two companies.
As reported by hardwareluxx.de (Via VideoCardz), a Tulpar GPU has been presented at an event in Berlin based upon the 16GB variant of the Intel Arc A770. Now this isn’t a 100% new and unique GPU from the company, as its cooler is based upon the ASRock Phantom Gaming design except with some green accents to match up with Tulpar’s branding. Performance wise the card features a 2200 MHz clock which appears to be about the same as other models.
With Intel Arc Alchemist having two years under its belt it is a bit odd for Tulpar to release this card now and I do wonder why they didn’t wait for Battlemage. Now admittedly there is no rumours for battlemage’s release so maybe it is still quite a ways away. I expect Tulpar will have much more to offer in the future especially with their laptops, and their upcoming handheld. At the moment there is no pricing nor availability for this.
