Price
The Turtle Beach GRIP 300 is a bargain, priced at just £34.99 it is fiercely competitive with similar specification mice from the likes of TteSports and CM Storm, to name but a few.
Overview
Another great addition to the brand new Turtle Beach mouse range. The GRIP 500 was very good, but I think the GRIP 300 is a lot better. The optical sensor is a lot better than the GRIP 500 laser, albeit with a much shorter DPI range, so that’s really down to your own needs on which is most suitable for you.
Great sensor performance, combined with great quality switches and superb build quality make this a solid all-round performer. Added bonuses such as the braided cable, rubber grip coating, the DRIFT mouse mat and plug-and-play compatibility make it incredible value for money too.
If you’re gaming competitively, you want a reliable product that’s easy to set up and use. You don’t want more settings and buttons than you actually need and you don’t want to be mucking about with drivers or software, especially since they’re not allowed in LAN tournaments; making the GRIP 300 perfect for the job.
Turtle Beach may be new to this part of the market, but it’s clear that they’ve got what it takes to compete with the already established brands on the market.
