The box for this headset is really nicely designed and features a large photo of the headset right on the front. We can also see that it supports multiple devices, but that’s no big surprise since it uses a fairly standard 4-pole 3.5mm cable.
Around the back, there’s a quick breakdown of the main features, such as their driver technology, the ergonomics, and the powerful new microphone.
The headset is very well protected, with a moulded cardboard container keeping it protected from knocks and bumps, but a thick plastic bag wrapped around the headset keeps dust and debris away too.
In the box, you’ll find the headset, obviously! It comes hard-wired with a 3.5mm audio cable. Also included in the box is a detachable microphone.
The microphone looks great, a much more durable boom, which still offers some bend, but it just feels better made than their older ones. It also has a larger head, which allows for a larger microphone and a little more anti-pop material in there.
IT has two pin holes on the back too, which I suspect may be for the noise cancellation technologies.
The quality of the cable is excellent too. I’d have preferred it to be fully detachable though, but I can appreciate that it has a very high quality braiding on it, which will improve overall durability.
