Twitch Prime Launched to Provide Ad-Free Streaming and More!

Recently, Amazon has embraced gaming as an entertainment medium and forged their own studios to create three online titles. These games look quite promising and it appears Amazon could release future titles which receive positive comments. Not only that, Amazon’s acquisition of Twitch has allowed the company to access a huge community of viewers and possibly sell their services to this passionate audience. During this year’s TwitchCon, Amazon announced a new initiative which allows Prime subscriptions to enjoy a huge range of benefits on the Twitch platform. This includes exclusive content like skins, characters and boosts and even access to free games. Furthermore, members will receive discounts on new releases, and ad-free viewing in addition to a free channel subscription every 30 days. This allows you to directly support your favourite content creators each month while enjoying a blissful ad-free experience.

This is a fantastic news for existing Amazon Prime subscriptions and provides additional value to the $99/£79 subscription. Of course, you can still enjoy next day delivery, Amazon Instant Video and other important perks while taking advantage of the new Twitch programme. If you’re really into professional eSports or streamers, then this might be worth a look.
