Ubisoft’s the Division 2 has reached over 20 million activated agents
Massive Entertainment, the Ubisoft Studio behind The Division, has announced on Twitter that The Division 2 has had 20 million agents activated 4 years after its initial launch back in 2019. Now of course this is a big milestone however how many of those 20 million are still playing? Looking in the replies many fans seem to believe the game is dead joking that they meant 20 active players. Looking at the game’s SteamDB page, the game averages around 6000 players a day which isn’t really that bad when you compare it to other games, plus you have to take into account other platforms.
Even if the player count may seem low to some, it is sure to go up with the release of Year 5 Season 1 on June 8th with more details on what this new season contains in a live stream on June 7th at 14:15 UTC. Congratulations to the Massive Entertainment team on this milestone.
