The long-awaited Bodycam game is coming to early access in just a few days, as announced by its developer, Reissad Studio. Bodycam will come to early access on July 7th just a few days away and to celebrate this the team behind the game has shared a new trailer.
Bodycam is an ultra-realistic first-person shooter where players control a character through the perspective of their body camera. The game is heavily influenced by of Unrecorded another game another ultra-realistic body camera game but Bodycam will be focusing more on the multiplayer aspect and will not contain a single-player story.
The game will remain in early access for around 6-12 months, and with 3 game modes which are Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Body Bomb mode. Throughout the early access period the devs have said that they will continue to add more game modes.
The game itself looks really fun. I hope the bodycam aspect isn’t just used as a fun little gimmick and that the game leans into the tactical side, like Rainbow Six. From what we know there is a rather sizable audience for games like so who knows this game could be a big success upon release.
You can find Bodycam on Steam where you can wishlist it if you are interested.
