The upcoming top of the line 14th gen chip has been running the rumour mill very heavily lately, and today a listing has been spotted at a French retailer alongside a few others giving us some expected pricing for this enthusiast level chip.
A listing at a French retailer was shared by momomo_us on Twitter which shows two listings for the 14900KS in both boxed and tray formats. The listings were made on french site pc21.fr (Via VideoCardz) alongside two prices for each one without VAT and the other with VAT showing the tray option for this CPU at €752 with VAT.
Alternatively several other listings were spotted beyond this by TomsHardware at an Austrian site as well as three other Swiss retailers, though the Austrian site was supposedly priced “unrealistically for over €1,000”. The Swiss websites pricing was converted from Swiss Francs to Euros leading to the following varied pricing after tax.
So what we are looking at is around the same $699 launch price of the 13900KS plus the listings do give us some confidence on the rumoured March release date for this CPU. Of course being pre-release information things can change but for the most part we can be confident in what we’re seeing.
