Valve’s latest upcoming game which has been in development since 2018 and was originally codenamed Citadel has finally had some leaks. Now revealed to be named Deadlock the 6v6 hero shooter looks like a mix between Counter-Strike, Fortnite and Overwatch.
The details of Deadlock were first leaked on Twitter/X by a CS data miner known as Gabe Follower where he describes the game as a Combination of Dota 2, Team Fortress 2, Overwatch, Valorant, Smite, Orcs Must Die.
Now just a day after these leaks another leak has appeared with some screenshots of what the game will look like. Now the game hasn’t even been revealed by Valve and it’s probably a long way away from release so this won’t be what the finished product will look like.
But from what we can see, the game will also use a third-person perspective, confirming the description Gabe follower gave. From the screenshots and description we were given the game will also be set in a huge map with 4 lanes.
The leaked screenshots are of low quality and were not officially released by Valve, therefore, they do not reflect the actual quality of the game but nonetheless enjoy.
