Sega has slapped a June 5 release date on Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown.
The downloadable game will be priced at 1,200 Microsoft Points (£10.28) on XBLA and $14.99/ £9.99/ AUD$18.25/ EUR12.99 on PSN.
Character customisation DLC will also be available at launch for all 19 fighters, with each pack costing 400 Microsoft Points (£3.43) on XBLA and $4.99/ £3.59/ AUD$6.25/ EUR4.49 on PSN.
Additional customisation packs, one consisting of nine characters’ worth of DLC items and the other the remaining ten, will each be available for 1,200 Microsoft Points (£10.28) on XBLA and $14.99/ £9.99/ AUD$18.25/ EUR12.99 on PSN.
Announced last August, Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown is the latest arcade version of Virtua Fighter 5. It’s said to feature “a full overhaul” of the original game’s mechanics, balance and animations, plus new fighters, game modes and arenas.
