VTX3D Radeon HD 6850 X-Edition Graphics Card Review

Taking a first look at the front of the packaging, we can see that VTX3D are a bit behind and still sport the ATI logo in places, mainly with the pendant around Ruby’s neck area. Other than this, we’re told of the 4 display Eyefinity support and the main features that this card has.
Keeping with simplicity, the rear shows off a small blurb about the 6850 card and lists the key features including the ability for Accelerated Parallel Processing, Eyefinity and of course DirectX11. To remain a global company, the right hand side spans a list of features in six different languages from around the world.
Being the first time that we’ve dealt with VTX3D, we didn’t know what to expect but was presented with everything necessary to get you up and running. There is a quick install guide which talks through removing your old drivers on XP, Vista and Windows 7 and then how to install the new card including drivers onto your system. There is also a driver installation CD, VGA to DVI adapter and a CrossFire bridge in case you want some dual GPU action at a later date.
