I have to admit that with the seemingly masses of Warhammer games we seem to get, they don’t tend to typically grab my attention as much as they once did. Albeit, after Dawn of War 3, I think it would be fair to say that my fingers have been permanently burnt by the franchise ever since. – With the upcoming release of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, however, this one has still somehow managed to pique my interest.
For PC gamers though, presuming you are looking forward to this release, you might be wondering if your system is going to be able to handle it, and following a report via DSOGaming, we finally have our answer!
So, can your PC handle Warhammer 40,000: Darktide? Well, the good news is that both the standard minimum and recommended specifications are fairly benign. In fact, for this particular title, it seems that having a good (or fairly modern) CPU might pay better FPS dividends than a more potent GPU. – When ray tracing comes into the equation though… Ouch!
Yep, I’m not going to lie, those particular specifications are notably more eye-watering. – But hey, presuming you don’t care about it, then it seems you should be pretty good to go!
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is set to release on November 30th with Steam currently offering it for what I consider to be a pretty reasonable price of £32.99. If you would, therefore, like to learn more about it (since you now know if your system can handle it or not) you can check out its official store page via the link here!
