Remnant II sees performance drop by 4% on the 9700X when PBO is enabled, while the 7700X actually sees performance increase, albeit by just 2% which doesn’t account for much considering how close the performance was on the cheaper 7600X or 5800X3D which performs around the same 136 FPS mark.
