Taking a look at the top of the drive, nothing really stands out much barring the green aspects of the label. A typical 3.5″ design is used and a lot of information is printed on the sticker including cache size and jumper settings.
Flipping the drive over, we can see that the Caviar Green 3TB looks no different to the majority of drives on the market currently, and has a matching green PCB to go with the branding of the drive.
To keep things simple, the mounting points are spaced out to 3.5″ mounting specifications for the best compatibility with your chosen chassis.
The rear of the drive is where we find the SATA power and SATA data connectors as well as the relevant pins for your chosen jumper settings though most will never use this aspect of the drive and will simply use the two connectors and nothing more.
