Destiny 2 is highly anticipated, the white PS4 not so much. It has however announced that the new White PS4 Pro is set to be bundled with Destiny 2. By putting two great looking things together, Sony will be hoping that this will launch the PS4 Pro to new heights.
Yes, to be honest, I do not entirely understand the hype surrounding the colour. Sure it looks nice, but am I missing something here? Is it being white going to make it do something the regular black one doesn’t?
So why bother getting this particular version of the White PS4 pro? Well, it does come with some nice little add-ons.
In a report via GameSpot, the bundle is set to include the following;
So basically, the cherry on the cake is the DLC access. That might just tip the scales to make this bundle worth buying.
The White PS4 Pro is set for release on September 6th, 2017. This is to coincide with the release of Destiny 2 which is set to be pretty impressive. We have recently reported how some of the major criticisms of the original are set to be fixed, so all going well, this might be a pretty awesome deal.
Part of these criticisms also included that DLC and/or additional content was very slow in coming to Destiny 1 and as such the studio is set to hire more contractors to ensure that Destiny 2 is kept nice and fresh.
So, are you considering purchasing a PS4 Pro? If so, will this pretty White PS4 Pro Destiny 2 bundle tempt you into it? It’s certainly attractive.
Personally, I still think that if you own a PS4, there’s no reason at all to pay for the upgrade. There are frankly better options, particularly if you’re only in it for the VR. However, if you are thinking about it, this represents an awesome package. Let’s face it, if you’re going to play a beautiful game, it might as well be on a beautiful PS4 Pro.
