Anyone with a legitimate copy of Windows XP, Vista or 7 will be able to download an upgrade package for just $39.99 that will elevate you to a copy of Windows 8 Pro. The offer will be available in 131 countries and a Windows 8 Upgrade assistant program will walk you through every step of the upgrade with detailed explanations.
