Witcher 3 Glitch Creates Level 100+ Enemies!

If you’ve been playing The Witcher 3 a lot since release, then there’s a very good chance you’ve completed the latest adventures of Geralt of Rivia. If you’ve been downloading all of the lovely free DLC from CD Projekt Red, then it’s also likely you’ve taken advantage of the recently released New Game+ mode, allowing you to replay the game with all your endgame loot, levels and more.

The game can be quite difficult on the higher difficulty settings, but a recently discovered glitch kicks things up from difficult to Geralt’s worst nightmare with a side of Dark Souls. The glitch kicks in when you hit 330 percent Sign intensity, which seems innocent enough, but if you disengage with your enemy, then return to fight them again immediately, you’re likely to get a serious butt kicking. The enemy level will jump to well over 100 and while some aren’t impossible to kill, you best be prepared for a challenging fight, as they won’t go down easy.

It’s unknown if CD Projekt Red are working on a patch for this issue, but it’s likely that they’ll fix it in the next wave of updates. Don’t worry though, we suspect some modders will put the feature back in for those that love the extra challenge.

Thank you PCGamesN for providing us with this information.
