X2 has just announced two brand new gaming PC cases as part of its SPITZER series, one of which features a full tower design while the other is a micro tower aimed at those of you who are looking to build smaller rigs. Dubbed SPITZER 20 and SPITZER 22 respectively, both of these cases feature impressive exterior designs as well as highly practical interiors. Starting off with the SPITZER 20, we can tell you that it can accommodate up to 5 drives and that it comes with 7 expansion slots for graphics cards that measure up to 370mm length.
As far as cooling goes, four 120mm and three 80mm fan mounts make sure that ventilation will never become an issue. Other highlights include front USB3.0 and HD Audio AC97 connectors, as well as a 0.5mm SPCC steel construction complemented by EMI shielding.
As for the smaller SPITZER 22, it offers enough space for 4 drives, while its 5 expansion slots support graphics cards of up to 320 mm. A pair of 80mm fan mounts and a trio of 120mm fan mounts should be more than enough for this particular chassis while the front panel comes with the same HD Audio AC97 and USB 3.0 connectors seen on its large sibling.
Below you will find a complete list of features for these new X2 PC cases. As far as pricing is concerned, the SPITZER 20 has an MSRP of €69.95 or $74.95 while the SPITZER 22 costs €49.95 or $52.95.
