Xbox One Gets 43 Games Added to Backwards Compatibility List

One of the biggest announcements at this years E3 wasn’t a new AAA title or gaming console, it was Microsoft Announcement of backwards compatibility on the Xbox One to play old Xbox 360 games on the new console. A feature that had been requested by users for a long time. Right of the start there were close to hundred games announced to be compatible and now 43 games have been added to that list, including Wither 2 and Dark Souls 2.
The recently released Windows 10 brings even more benefit to the table as it allows you to stream your Xbox One games to the PC and play them there – and soon you’ll be able to do the same with a long list of Xbox 360 games. The new feature is scheduled for a November release, something that should provide Xbox owners with a lot to do over the holidays.
Finder.com.au has been putting together a list of Xbox 360 titles that will be backwards compatible and that is where the 43 newly added games can be found, bringing the total up to 130. Particular highlights of the latest additions include: Dark Souls II, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, I Am Alive, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, Saints Row The Third, Soul Calibur IV, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Trials Evolution and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

Same with Blacklist.. like wtf lol
So no splinter cell games are backwards compatible rn?
Nope, even 5 months after you asked this.
I just checked, and Trials Evolution is definitely not backwards compatible, only Trials HD. How about getting your facts straight so that we don’t waste money on a game thats not backwards compatible based on your false information.
Been waiting and waiting for Splintercell, it doesn’t work yet…
I think they are running out of crap games and lies too give us
I just added a PS4 to my collection because Xbox was boring me. Very few exclusives and they’re almost all shooters. I wanted some more RPG in my life, turns out I love my PS4 so far.
PS4 is a swearword
Yes he is full of bullshit he only knows how to lie and make things up
I bought Revelations and Brotherhood because this list said they were compatible. They aren’t damn it, what the fuck!
Revelations is BC now, vote for Brotherhood here: https://xbox.uservoice.com/forums/298503-backward-compatibility/suggestions/8380233-assassin-s-creed-brotherhood
What a bullshit list. You fag monkeys should do some fucking fact checking before posting this garbage.
Yes your right load old horse crap

When are the Xbox 360 or Xbox One backward compatibility for Assassin’s creed Liberantion HD do to come out.
Extremely inaccurate. Did you guys do any homework before you posted this article……????…… Poor work….
did you read the first line in the text? the one in bold? No? then go back and do so. If yes, then your comment is pointless
Splinter Cell Blacklist is not backwards compatable
Guys, I think most Assassin Creed games, CoD and Splinter Cell Blacklist are all now backward compatible for the Xbox One. I got this information from Microsoft’s official website.
