For those who aren’t fans of the White Xbox Series S Console, a new Carbon Black variant is available now matching more closely with the Series X and previous Xbox One consoles.
The Xbox Series S is now available in Carbon Black with 1TB of SSD storage joining the family of next-gen Xbox consoles. This console was originally announced during the Xbox Showcase Event three months ago and features a sleek matte black finish as the Series X and the controller plus it makes use of Post-Consumer Recycled resins for a more environmentally friendly design. With the addition of the 1TB SSD, you will be capable of storing double the amount of games than the original 512GB white Series S which is reflective of the increasing sizes of modern AAA games.
The increased storage and black paint job on this console has increased the price up to $349.99. On top of this price, users can opt for three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for an additional $44.99 as well as opt into Microsoft Complete for $49.00 which provides up to 3 years of extended coverage and support, accidental damage protection, expert technical support and easy exchange service.
