Across Europe next week Xigmatek is set to release the Dark Knight SD1283 Night Hawk Edition CPU cooler which is a tweaked version of the original Dark Knight SD1283 CPU cooler. The Night Hawk measures in at 12omm by 50mm by 159mm (LxWxH) and features heat-pipe direct touch (H.D.T) across its three 8mm copper heat pipes. Xigmatek have given the whole product a ceramic coating for better heat dissipation. The cooler is a 120mm fan cooler so you can put either 1 or 2 fans on it for a single or push-pull config, we are not currently sure whether it retails with one or two fans. The fan(s) produce 1000-2200 RPMs at a maximum decibel output of 30.
With a price tag of €39.90 we expect this cooler to come with some serious cooling capacity since its price point puts it up against the likes of the Dark Rock Advanced from Be Quiet! and the Hyper 612S from Cooler Master.
