Despite being rated to 550w, it’s important to know that if you get a little greedy and try and push it too hard, that the power supplies OPP will successfully kick in to prevent any damage to either the power supply itself or the components within your PC.

So, how did the Xilence Performance A+ III Series do? Well, drawing an extra 221.2 watts over the rated amount, this is not only impressive, but we can confirm that the OPP worked perfectly! As such, this gets two big thumbs up from us.
