Xilence Performance C Series I402 & M403 CPU Cooler Review

A Closer Look – I402

The I402 bares a few basic design features with the I403, such as the same 92mm fan being pre-installed on the side of it.

There’s a good size fin stack again, with the same shaped edges to help with airflow.

The fan can be mounted on either side of the cooler and again, it comes with easy to use retention clips to make installation and removal of the fan a simple process.

Since this is an Intel-only product, the full mounting kit comes pre-installed, which should greatly speed up the installation time; this is a great thing if you’ve installing these in lots of systems.

There are two direct-contact heat-pipes in a U-shape which pass through both sides of the cooling tower.
