Today XPG have launched two new products, the CORE REACTOR II VE PSU available in 650W, 750W and 850W models, as well as the new VENTO PWM FAMILY of fans which include the VENTO 120 ARGB PWM and VENTO R 120 ARGB PWM.
The CORE REACTOR II VE is an ATX 3.1 PSU featuring a Gold efficiency rating and wattages of 650W, 750W and 850W. It features a DC-DC circuit design alongside a dedicated 12V-2×6 connector for the latest NVIDIA GPUs. The PSU is inspired by the existing CORE REACTOR II but the VE in its naming stands for Value Edition, but XPG ensure that the components are anything but cheap.
It features a low ripple noise design surpassing Intel’s specifications, plus it features a >15ms Hold Up time again surpassing specifications. It offers 8 industrial grade protections including OPP, OVP, SIP, SCP, UVP, OCP, OTP, and NLO to ensure your system is shielded from each.
Alongside the CORE REACTOR II VE, is two new XPG VENTO PWM fans, the VENTO 120 ARGB PWM and VENTO R 120 ARGB PWM. These models effectively just introduce PWM technology to XPG’s stock fans. The two models are essentially the same, but the VENTO R 120 ARGB PWM uses a reverse fan blade so you can ensure that aesthetics and correctly flowing airflow can both be prioritised allowing the RGB to shine without any obstructing frame.
The standard model of this fan can reach speeds ranging from 300-1850 RPM with a max airflow of 50 CFM and static pressure of 1.5mm H20±10%. The reverse blade variant features speeds ranging from 300-1600 RPM and can produce up to 65 CFM of airflow with a static pressure of 1.65mm H2O ±10%.
XPG have not shared pricing nor availability but if you would like to learn more visit their respective product pages.
