Zotac Gaming RTX 4070 Super Trinity Black Edition Graphics Card Review

Zotac is well-known for their premium graphics cards, and while the new Zotac Gaming RTX 4070 Super Trinity Black Edition Graphics Card is still an MSRP card, much like the Nvidia Founders Edition, is still comes with some premium features that will help to set it apart despite coming in at the same price. Most interesting is that it comes with a Trinity cooler design, one of their high-end cooling solutions seen on models such as the RTX 4080 and RTX 4090, which should help this card maintain its factory overclock, higher overall performance and most likely lower temperatures too.

A bigger cooler and a bigger overclock can go a long way, and with the reference card running at 2480 MHz and this card hitting 2610 MHz, there should be a notable difference when using those boost clocks as the larger cooler will allow those higher clock speeds to be utilised more consistently. Plus, with other premium features like the IceStorm 2.0 cooling, FREEZE Fan support, Active Fan Control, Spectra RGB lighting, and a metal backplate, it’s easy to see why this is one of the most premium of the MSRP cards hitting the market.
