A new GTX 1080 Ti graphics card from ZOTAC has been announced called the GTX 1080 Ti ArcticStorm. Unlike other ZOTAC GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards, the GTX 1080 Ti ArcticStorm is entirely liquid cooled. It comes with a pre-installed custom water-block that is unlike any available design in the market. This ActicStorm waterblock provides full coverage over the GPU, memory and VRM. It has a direct copper contact base with 0.3mm micro-channels for the coolant to flow through once in use.
This GTX 1080 Ti also has RGB LED features courtesy of ZOTAC’s Spectra feature, controllable via the FireStorm desktop utility. The top of the card is almost entirely made of transparent glass acrylic. So when the water-block is in use, it lights up and it does not require fancy coloured formulated coolants to customize.
The waterblock uses 2x G1/4 thread 3/8″ barbs supporting 10mm inner-diameter tube for connectivity to any active loop. There is also a Zotac metal backplate pre-installed. Despite the single slot height block, the IO shield occupies two slots. This card uses three DisplayPort 1.4, one HDMI 2.0b and one DL-DVI port for display output.
Unfortunately, ZOTAC has not disclosed any pricing information just yet.
