Amazingly, the cards barely use any more power, despite their much-improved performance. The old Zotac GTX 1660 Twin Fan used 191.2 Watts, while the new one uses just 194.3 watts. The new model did run a bit warmer though, hitting 72c at load compared to 65c on the old model, however, that’s still within safe limits for this chipset, and could easily be improved by tweaking your fan curve. You clearly have the room, as the older model hit 41.8 dBa, but this one only reached 38.3 dBa. It’s certainly not a loud card at all.
