Zotac Magnus ER51070 Zbox Barebones Review

A Closer Look
The case itself has a nice neat square design and comes with a black gloss finish. Keeping the design to a minimalist feel this would not look out of place in any location.
One of the first things you will notice is the exceptionally large vent to the top with the nice, but understated Zotac brand to the centre.
There is certainly no lack of input options to the front, however, they are all very understated. You will find a nice big power button and in addition, an SD card input, LEDs for power/wifi/HDD operation, a USB 3.1 port, a micro USB 3.1 port as well as an audio/microphone input ports. Put simply, everything you want is on the front while it not being overloaded.
In a sensible design choice, the vast majority of the other inputs are found to the rear of the case. These include 4 x USB 3.0 ports, 2 x Ethernet ports, 2 wireless aerial inputs and the power supply. In addition, you will also find the inputs for the Nvidia 1070 graphics card which includes 3 x DisplayPort inputs and 1 x HMDI input as well as a DVI port.
On the base, you will find intake vents to all 4 sides as well as the 4 stands which also, incidentally, allows you to access to the interior of the system as easy to turn ‘thumb’ screws.
