be quiet! is one of the biggest names in the cooling business, with many of the best air and liquid coolers on the market today. With their focus on premium build quality, stunning aesthetics, class-leading cooling performance, and of course, being very quiet, it’s not hard to work out why people love their products; myself included.
The new cooler is the be quiet! Silent Loop 3, which you might have figured out is the latest evolution to follow their extremely popular Silent Loop 2 products (and that follows Silent Loop, what a journey!). There are notable upgrades to the hardware though, with the the cooling block now boasting a 1,800 mm² fin area. be quiet! say this is up to double that of many other AIOs from competitors, but that’s a bit hard to fact-check at this time. This is complemented by a new specially developed screwless design for attaching the heat plate. The end result is a bigger and flatter plate, with a bigger chamber and more fins, which in quick-cooling maths equals better cooling performance, even on larger CPUs.

The pump features a new 3-chamber design, be quiet! say the second chamber acts like a reservoir to reduce liquid turbulence, while their flagship 6-pole 3-phase motor offers incredibly smooth and quiet operation.
Of course, the star of the show for a lot of be quiet! products are the fans, with three 140mm Silent Wings 4 fans. These are their flagship cooling fan and offer some of the quietest performance on the market today. One of my favourite additions is a new easy-to-access refill port, allowing you to quickly and easily top up the radiator to extend its lifespan.
