Today we are looking at the AMD Athlon II X4 635 AM3 Processor.
This processor supports AMD’s 45nm technology, whilst operating at 95watts.
It’s a quad core processor running at 2.9GHz and is perfect for an out the box solution for a decent price.
It doesn’t have the benefits of an L3 cache that we see with the Phenom range of processors, but for the money you won’t get much better.

Personally i still prefer the Phenom II range, due to having the L3 cache, but i guess this would run slightly cooler over the Phenom II's?
