Daniel Craig’s modern portrayal of James Bond has reinvigorated the classic series providing you forget the atrocious film, Quantum of Solace. Casino Royale was action-packed with a great villain and captivating story. Although, the most recent Bond movie, Skyfall, is often described as one of the best ever made. As you might expect, there’s a great deal of anticipation surrounding the latest James Bond Film and the final trailer has finally arrived!
The plot revolves around a cryptic message from 007’s past which leads Daniel Craig to Mexico City and eventually Rome. Here, he discovers Lucia Sciarra and uncovers the devious secret plans of a crime organization known as SPECTRE. The film includes a wonderful cast selection including Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Jesper Christensen, Christoph Waltz and more! Waltz makes for an absolutely fantastic Bond villain and fits into the role so seamlessly. From the trailer, we can see a glimpse of the fiery confrontation between the leading two characters which features an excellent on-screen chemistry.
Personally, my favourite Bond film is On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, and I prefer the old-school, less-serious depiction of James Bond. However, Daniel Craig does a fantastic job and his depiction is closer to Ian Fleming’s original concept of James Bond.
