Those who’ve been patiently waiting to get in on some Guild Wars 2 beta action will finally get their fix next weekend.
NCSoft has confirmed that the first beta weekend will take place April 27-29, opening the floodgates to those who pre-ordered the game and acquired beta access as their reward.
Previous beta weekends for the MMO were of a closed nature, and not many people got to play.
Guild Wars 2 is set some little while after the events of the first game and sees you banding together around Destiny’s Edge, a formerly disbanded guild to fight the Elder Dragons who’ve now come to dominate Tyria.
