LulzSec brought down by ONE guy?

In the midst of all the hacks occurring over the past month or so, it seems that LulzSec have been on a major rampage against government organizations and gaming publisher and developers.

They have been publicising their activity via their Twitter feed which can be found here by exclaiming their greatest feats and plans as well as generally having a laugh and joke about everything.

It seems that the laugh was short lived due to a hacker only known as Jester. From what our sources have told us, Jester is an ex-military who managed to take down the LulzSec site and inform the world of their leader.

From what Jester said, the founder and head honcho of LulzSec is known as Sabu, real name Xavier Kaotico or Xavier de Leon. As well as posting these names, the email address was also published with location and age. From what our sources say, he is a 30 year old programmer living in New York and is the leader of this operation.

LulzSec are content that their site wasn’t brought down and have outed Jester for taking credit on other people’s work via the following Twitter update:

That clown Jester taking credit for other people’s work again? Our site has had 24/7 heavy DDoS attempts for weeks. Good old CloudFlare!

What’s in store for now in terms of LulzSec and will we see more of this Jester making an appearance? Time will tell.

  1. they'r like a bunch of big kids lol :p!i dont see anything majorly wrong with the things LulzSec have done. ye some of the things have been bad, but in reality, the government obviously needed the wake up call and kick up the backside to update and upgrade their security!
