The new refreshed Polaris GPU video cards from AMD are scheduled for launch on April 18th, but that has not stopped some who are excited about the latest Radeon video cards from leaking information online. Vietnamese tech website Genk.vn already got their hands on one of these Polaris refresh video cards, specifically the HIS Radeon RX 570 IceQ X2 as it is apparently already being sold there in their region. While there were no benchmarks posted, Genk.vn took several photos, detailing the HIS Radeon RX 570 IceQ X2 video card’s features.

The name IceQ X2 refers to the cooling solution, having two 80mm IceQ fans on top of a heatsink with three 6mm direct contact copper heatpipes that are designed to run much more quietly than the blower-style rear exhaust reference video card model. Compared to most other Radeon RX 570 from other manufacturers we have seen though, the HIS RX 570 IceQ X2 looks somewhat unremarkable, lacking a backplate and LED of any kind. It has a single 8-pin power connector at the front and has the standard DVI-D, HDMI and three DisplayPorts at the rear.

The HIS RX 570 IceQ X2 is based on the Polaris 20 GPU and has a core clock of 1244MHz. The RX 470 has a boost clock of 1226MHz, so if 1244MHz is the non-boost speed then its definitely going to perform better. Like its RX 470 predecessor, it will have 4GB of GDDR5 memory rated at 7GHz effective speed.

HIS does have some interesting designs in their line up such as the HIS RX 460 Slim-iCooler which takes up a single slot, so hopefully we will see RX-500 versions of those video cards soon as well.
