Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 2.01 Released

CD Projekt RED has recently revealed the latest patch for Cyberpunk 2077 which will go live very soon. The development team has said that this patch will bring some performance improvements to both PC and Console.
The update will also bring bug fixes to some of the side effects caused by selecting certain dialogue options while talking to Johnny at the end of Automatic Love. The patch notes also mention fixing a UI issue where it would show controller inputs while playing with keyboard and mouse.
Patch Notes For Patch 2.01
- The distorted effect caused by selecting a specific dialogue option when talking to Johnny at the end of Automatic Love will no longer persist on the screen.
- V will no longer die in The Heist by falling through the elevator when riding to the 42nd floor with low FPS.
- Fixed an issue where the UI could show controller inputs when playing with keyboard and mouse.
- Made it possible to properly switch to arms cyberware by cycling through weapons.

- Vehicle radio volume will be adjusted so it’s not too quiet when compared to other sounds in the game.
- Performance improvements for both PC and consoles, especially in the Dogtown area.
Have you tried the latest update yet, or even this patch? Let us know what you think!
You version of the patch notes also cuts information off despite this being such a micro article as it is, cutting info doesn’t seem wise while repeating/paraphrasing two of the patches?
This is a massive issue missing from your article:
“Addressed the issue of corrupted saves on PlayStation by increasing the maximum save file size limit. Note: this won’t fix the saves corrupted before the update. If you’re experiencing the issue, keep a working save (e.g. resave it as manual save) till 2.01 arrives.”
I’m sure console players are low priority to ‘pc master race’ but they are in large majority, it can be infuriating to play through a story, just to have ALL the progress erased and have to grind out more missions and repeat dialogue options just to get back where you were, then again have the save fail to repeat the process.
Just read the original post by CDPR, it’s a shorter read and accurate without clickbait.

The title “Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 2.01 Released” is exceptionally misleading, especially after reading the first line of the article “latest patch for Cyberpunk 2077 which will go live very soon”
If you had simply put “PATCH NOTES RELEASED” that wouldn’t be purposeful click bait.
I hate writers for sites that use this tactic. Honest typo or not, I don’t care that “it works for clicks…ads…engagement” it really pisses people off, and makes them NEVER want to return to this site.
More specifically to remember the author’s name in case they move on to another site in their ‘writing’ career.
For your sake, I hope no one cusses you out, despite your name ironically being “Cusworthy”
