A game developer, Alderon Games, has accused Intel of selling defective CPUs. According to the developer, Intel’s 13th and 14th Gen processors, known as Raptor Lake, have significant stability issues.

Intel’s Response

Intel has acknowledged the complaints and is investigating. They suggest reaching out to Intel customer support for help with affected CPUs. Intel also advised motherboard manufacturers to avoid enabling extreme power modes by default.

Gamers using 13th and 14th Gen Intel processors have reported frequent crashes. Alderon Games claims their servers experienced constant crashes with these CPUs. They recommend players avoid using Raptor Lake processors.

Alderon Games plans to switch their servers to AMD processors due to better stability. They observed that Intel CPUs deteriorate over time and eventually fail. This situation has sparked discussions on product reliability in the tech community.
